Healthy Choices

I have been convicted about fixing and eating healthy foods for me and my family. I am not doing anything crazy just trying to make healhier choices. Some think b/c I shop for free or sale items all the time, there is no way to eat healthy. I am going to try and change this. From now on I am going to list healthier choices in GREEN. If I find a super deal on something that is normally to expensive to buy I am going to list it as well. Maybe we can all get healthy together :)

    You are really doing an amazing thing here! Wish I could take advantage of your hard work...no Publix or Bi-Lo here in Central PA. Come up here sometime and I'll introduce you to Gabriel Brothers, though.
