Both Publix and Bi-lo are doing something called " Buy Theirs Get Ours Free". Basically this is buy a name brand item and get their brand of the same item FREE. At Bi-Lo you have to log onto to a Bi-lo account on their wesbite to print the coupons but Publix just takes the price off at the register. This week the deals are....
